I feel sad for Vanessa :bcry: that she has such thing to deal with.

Yes, I think my server has some type of config problem.
Drag and Drop will work, I must have some type of ftp protocal that is incorrect. I will have technical person look at it. I may need to reset server config and lose files for short time.
