Hello Boys & Girls,

In the above video, Vanessa-Mae is wearing a very nice full length dress that shows pink in the stage lighting, but when she steps down you can see that it is much more appealing. Just look at it sparkling!

What was the date of this performance?

Is there any more footage of this show?

The links I posted above were from Minsk. This one is from Moscow (The whole concert):

Thank you very much Zeta, for this marvelous video.
Only FOUR days old!
Our Violin Princess sure looks great!
Good music, good show!
I liked her silver pumps, they go with her silver sheath dress very well.
And again, a very nice video. ( I have already watched it six times this evening!)

She played raga's dance and happy valley,
live in concert for the first time. It's rather good she is changing her track list isn't?.

Yes, very surprising!!

I saw she played Deep South too.

P.S. Did you notice she played Destiny on her Guadagnini instead of her electric violin? ;)

She also played "Fugata" by the Argentinian composer, Astor Piazzolla.

This is only the second time I have heard her play this.

The first time, of course, is in the video, The Alternative Classical Concert, in Birmingham, UK.

That's right, and she used her acoustic violin the entire concert. Personally , I prefer this. And destiny has been played many times in her concerts btw, as well as deep south (less). Fugata was played in Athens. I think is nothing new.

Hello Boys & Girls,

Here is what I think is the Play List from the Dec 14th, 2014 concert:

1=Yantra
2= at 04:40=Toccata & Fugue in D-Major
3=at 08:12= The Blessed Spirits
4=at 12:27=Retro
5=at 16:32= ????
6=at 20:10=Roxane's Veil
7=at 25:05=Tango de Los Exilados
8=at 28:56=Emerald Tiger
9=at 32:50=Aurora
10=at 37:40=Deep South
11=at 40:55=Fugata
12=at 44:20=Raga's Dance
13=at 49:09=Bach Street Prelude
14=at 53:40=Art of War
15=at 57:36=Bruch=Scottish Fantasy for Violin, Andante Sostenuto, on I'm A-Doun For Lack O Johnnie
16=at 01:02:22= Red Hot
17=at 01:06:27= Happy Valley
18=at 01:13:04=Storm

I do not know what No.5 is and I cannot find "Destiny" as mentioned by Benji, anywhere in the show.

If I have been mistaken, please let me know. I did check this list twice, though.

This was a very good video. The photographer must have used a mono-pod, because there does not seem to be any jiggling around. I just wish he had kept more in focus.

Vanessa-Mae looked like she was really enjoying herself.

I think there are a couples of mistakes in your post...anyway the track list is in the info, below the video, so you can check it.
So, n.5 is tribal gathering and n.16 is destiny, which you mention, instead of red hot, that is not played.
Otherwise, did you notice she didnt open the show with sabre dance? (which she actually uses to). Nor it wasn't performed.

Yes I see the list now. I never looked at it. I downloaded the video on my private video list and never returned to the original post. If I had I would have probably read further down. But anyway it was an interesting project and I found the times each song started.I was really thinking no.5 could be Tribal Gathering, but I missed it. Thanks for the update information.

Vanessa seemed very active on stage and looked great. I wish I could have been to that concert. I like the way she whipped her bow, which she did several times.

Again a great video. I hope we can see more of her from that photographer.
