I think it is charming to say the least that Vanessa-Mae has given her Guadagnini 1761 acoustic Violin the name GIZMO. I am, wondering if there are nick names for her other Violins, the Zeta Jazz Fusion 4 string JV-44 or the Ted Brewer Clear Crossbow 4 string Vivo?
Inquiring fans want to know. Also at what age did she name Gizmo; young I would imagine.
May she play them all forever!

Vanessa-Mae received the Guadagnini violin from her parents as gift for her 10th birthday. She probable named the instrument Gizmo very soon. Vanessa-Mae's parents bought the Guadagnini violin at an auction.
I never read anything about names for her other violins.
