Thank you Joe for your effort. Once again I can't even do the simple 1st step, open Quick Time. All I get is an advertisement from them. I think if I could just get my monitor into 256 colors I'd be fine, but I don't have the slightest clue how to do that.

Thank you MSam but I'm still at square one. I always get lost when they say, simply do such and such, in this case, changing my colors. Like they say, a leopard can't change his spots.
