Our member Daisy Hill was allowed to attend the press conference that Vanessa-Mae did in September of 2002 during her visit to Hong Kong for a concert on September 19. Daisy described her experiences in a special topic, see:

We have not heard from Daisy since along time. She is not active anymore in this forum for some unknown reason. Daisy loved Vanessa-Mae very very much; I am quite sure she still does!

Her story of seeing Vanessa-Mae live and up close certainly shows how much Daisy loved Vanessa and her music. I hope she is still a fan and that nothing untoward has happened to her. When high number and active fans disappear you have to wonder. May they all still be avid fans and in good health.
