No ... I think what happened was that Rijko put an initial bid for (perhaps) $25. The other person first bid maybe $5, then $10, then $15 ... etc until that person outbid Rijko.

So, a bid of $31 should do alright about now (but not from me).

I just placed a new bid. It is now US$31.
